When you look north of the Great Lakes, you can see red and white colored flags and if you look closely you will see that people's faces -just under 30 million of them - are actually hidden by the colors. They're rooting for the under dogs in the Bucks' and Knicks' series, and do hope those same under dogs are able to send the next opponent packing. For short they want to see their best T-Rex flex with T-Mac. Indeed nothing could be sweeter to them than seeing their native NBA son (his NBA game was born there), the one who scorned them loose to them when the stakes are the highest.
