Wisdom is better than silver and gold

In the words of Lauryn Hill. The Dallas Mavericks found that out cleanly and simply last night. Not that the jazz played clean, but the lesson learned was crystal clear and spotless.

Mark Cuban still hasn't realized that nothing will be handed to him just because he's a hard working business man - or so I think he is. The world of sports is a different ball game. Just ask Malone and Stockton.

David Stern's favorite owner's team lost again last night to the Utah Jazz. Despite Mavericks players' promises to themselves to be more physical and play harder, they got beat worst than last time.

Dallas might be loaded with talent as well as money, but the ingredient they lack cannot be bought.

40 points high

Iverson and Reggie Miller scored their playoff highs in points with 45 and 41 respectively, but Allen got to go home with the desired results.

Not only that but he also delivered 9 dishes, enough to keep his teammates hungry to win the game.
