Lakers torch the Rose Garden

Yeah right. Who am I kidding with that headline?

This garden was already flaming a long time ago, with hot heads like Bonzi (from last year Kobe must have been glad he weasn't there - maybe just a little), 'Sheed, and Pippen. I don't mention Strickland because he only came aboard when things fell apart, and he behaved there.

I don't know about what you all think, but the whole time Rasheed seemed to be thinking about the rosie summer he was going to have. He knows he will always be in demand especially in his prime.

All in all, all the Lakers did was pour a lake over this wild fire that was threatening the egos, and reputation of the persons involved.

Quick Paul Allen hire Jerry West to do some house cleaning, and sort out all the needed an futile ingredients. Just for the motivation of payback (against the Lakers) he might do it for free.

Pippen so if you say this was the worst that means you would rather hug and kiss with Sir Charles before going through this again, right?

Knick of time

This is the Knicks' time. They live for the playoffs.

Doesn't matter that the Raptors own the season series. They know how to get it done. If they have a player who can defend and score against your best offensive and defensive weapons they will find a way.

Vince Carter is probably a big Knicks fan now - probably bigger than me. Getting a chance to know that defense up close and personally he just might begin to appreciate it.

I like the Sixers but against the Madison Square Garden crew you never know.

Air Canada was grounded again. Not quite but he didn't reach his desired destination.

Shaq did coin the phrase Half Man Half Amazing, but you notice "man" in that. That means his game is mortal.
