No denying lying Pat Riley
Master Jackson's say Phil Jackson
3 dimensions of Odom Lamar Odom
Dreaming again Hakeem Olajuwon

No denying lying

Everybody had it figured, but Pat Riley decided to play it off. Because after all what would we do if we found out he was lying? Mourn that he robbed us of a good prediction, and then jump on the Heat bandwagon to say they will go far? Yes. Well for some that's true.

Anyway Alonzo Mourning is back, and somewhere I heard his teammates weren't even aware he was going to play. Talk about surprise.

Anthony Mason has surely been the rock, but I don't figure Zo to keep playing the role player he played last night, so whose paint is it?

Mase, Zo wants to pass on that Home Depot is giving a discount on all paints.

No matter how high the emotions everybody was brought there to win ball games.

Air Canada's team outdueled the American Airlines team, with Air Canada himself scoring 38 points and snatcing 6 rebounds.

Master Jackson's say

Los angeles Lakers coach Phil Jackson was on the Jay Leno Show last night. Shows like that only attract me when some person I follow or in the NBA makes an appearance.

It seems as if Jay was trying to break down the team's already fragile foundation, by asking the Zen Master who he would trade between Kobe and Shaquille, and kept insisting for an answer. He did admit he knew he was putting Phil on the line - although a lesser man would have already bit his tongue. Nice try Jay.

The Zen man also said Dennis Rodman is wrestling in Australia and wants to make a come back.

Yeah so how about a chance with the worm? You took a gamble with Isiah Rider, couldn't get worse. Could it?

3 dimensions of Odom

Lamar Odom recorded a triple double in the Clippers win against Detroit: 27 points, 11 assists, and 16 rebounds.

Dreaming again

Last night's other comeback story was the Rockets' Hakeem Olajuwon. Even Clyde Drexler made a come back to watch the game.

Dream was hitting step back jumpers from all over, and even had a nice alley-oop, 11 points 7 rebounds. This one was over in the second quarter.
