Peter Vecsey or Sir Charles?

Charles Barkley was a tough player when he played in the NBA. You messed with his teammates you answered to him you messed with him you answered to him. Of course.

Now at Sir Charles' current gig, it seems somebody else has answered to him - and was wrong. About a season (or two) ago Charles and New York Post columnist Peter Vecsey got into an argument. They used to appear together on TNT's show "Inside the NBA", and since acquiring differences, they made alternating appearances only. They've been at it for a while, until this year. These days, gone are the studio sessions on which either Vecsey or Charles would make an appearance and make hostile comments on the other. The scenario just doesn't unfold as it used to. But make no mistake, it's still fun.

We think the reason why is because TNT studios decided they had to get rid of someone. Mr Vecsey. The reason we think that is, is because: a)Charles Barkley is just too much of a ratings turbo booster, b)Peter Vecsey was falling out of favor with many fans, many people wonder about trade rumors he brought up and his sources, c)where's your credibility when a team owner, specifically Mark Cuban, says you're making up facts, and d)everybody loves the Round Mound of Rebound.

Choice uniform

Until this NBA season we always thought (thanks to some careful observation) that a team playing on its home floor would wear a lighter color jersey than the visiting team's. This season however it's mix and match. It's like the only requirement is for the teams to have different color Jerseys. As a result we got confused as to who was visiting and who was hosting some of the games we've watched. The most recent was when The Nuggets who were wearing white uniforms played the Cavaliers who were clad in red.
