I had heard there was another NBA with no cheerleaders, but it seems all of them do... Every NBA team has a cheerleading squad. The Boston Celtics however are the newest entry. Their squad made it's debut at the beginning of the 2006-07 season. Prior to that, for the sake of historical authenticity they had been squad less. Personally we felt it was a good thing they were doing, it made them unique, and was a gesture that seemed to recognize their great past. But fans rule! HoopMail index
