After the first quarter how do they determine which team gets the first possession at the beginning of the other quarters?

Possession at the beginning of a game is determined by a jump ball.

The team that wins the tip off in the first quarter will also have the first possession at the start of the fourth quarter. The other team will get the first possession to start the second and third quarter.
